The founding partners of Bx3 Management Solutions are experienced healthcare leaders across multiple segments of the Senior Care Industry. The partnership is a result of a long standing desire to raise the standards and significantly impact current policies, practices and outcomes in this ever-changing and rapidly growing industry. Nicole Owens Nicole Owens has been in the Senior Home Care industry since 2009, where she ran a nationally franchised home care company as the Executive Director. She has developed high level contacts in the Senior Care Industry as a result of diligent relationship building in various industry organizations. She serves on the East Valley Care Coordination Coalition (EVCCC) and its Steering Committee; a collaborative encompassing the spectrum of care working for higher standards in healthcare. She also serves on the Board of Directors for AZNHA, the Arizona In-Home Care Association, and acts as Committee Chair for the Annual Conference for the third consecutive year. She has created Policies, Procedures and Best Practice documents as well as prepared and presented various topics for Operations Meetings while managing all operational aspects of a sole proprietor business.
Prior to moving into the Senior Care Industry, Nicole spent almost two decades in the Grocery and Retail sectors, holding leadership positions in Project Management, Accounting and Operations with companies including Staples, Target and American Stores Company. As a Project Manager, she led a team of business users and technical associates during a supply chain re-engineering effort. She has managed coached and supervised large teams in both a corporate and a fast-paced retail environment while achieving financial results through profitable sales and payroll expense management. Her experiences with businesses from sole proprietorship to multi-billion dollar retailer enhances her broad view approach and enables her to consider the solution to each challenge and opportunity. Nicole graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has been an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association and Rebuilding Together.
Keren Montandon Keren Montandon is an expert in the Senior Home Care Industry having worked with both nationally franchised and start-up homecare companies. With executive roles in Marketing and Business Development Keren has developed industry expertise in marketing, HR/Recruitment, scheduling, brand strategies, community outreach/education and public relations. As an industry innovator, Keren is adept at focusing on the needs and the mission of her clients. Clients have been served well by her ability to develop and customize standard operating procedures as well as setting best practices for client relations and case management. Keren is an accomplished, results driven, multilingual business professional with extensive sales, marketing and global operations experience. She is performance-driven, with proven ability to launch new products and services in EMEA and APAC while maintaining solid operational efficacy across existing core businesses. Keren is a native of Arizona and a proud graduate of Arizona State University. She is passionate about giving back to the community and actively volunteers and holds board positions with National Charity League and its philanthropic partners.
